Covid-19 is a very fast spreading disease. Anybody can become victim of it at anytime. Nothing to be ashamed. It is also not that you can not travel lifelong.
If you are recently tested positive you can of course not travel and you must not travel so as not to infect other passengers from humanity point of view also.
But if you took treatment in a hospital or at home under medical supervision, and are now free from it you can travel after 21 days.

My Personal Observation for Covid-19 (This is not a scientific claim, But my observation and belief. Please do not treat it as a medical advise. I am not a person of medicine)
Covid-19 is an airborne disease. Presently no sure 100% effective treatment for it. No one can cure you as quick and as effective as a fresh pure Air can. Air is No 1 requirement for us. Closing our nose and mouth for a minute is enough to realize how important is an Air to us. And when Air is so much important it must be fresh if one wants a healthy life. You can see that a person living in a village in the jungle of Dang District is very less likely to be a victim of Covid. A person living in taluka head town is little more likely to get infected by it. A person in District place is even more. A person in City of Ahmedabad is even more. A person in metros like Delhi, Mumbai with polluted air and dense population is highest likely to be victim. Within same city or town those living in out-skirt in relatively fresh air/Sunlight area are less likely to be caught by Covid. A person living in Kalupur Area of Ahmedabad is relatively more likely to be victim than a person living in Gota or Bareja or Science City, provided all other parameters like age, previous disease, natural resistance power of body are same.
Elderly persons should go to live in village full of fresh pure unpolluted air and ample sunlight (Before Covid Catches you of course. Once you are victim take professional medical treatment only and abide by government rules and regulations). If Going to village is not possible keep windows open to allow outside Air. Outside Air is better compared to air of a closed room (Even if Air-conditioned) under normal circumstances. Sleeping on terrace at night is a very good idea rather than being in Air Conditioned room.
